Just used Rix for the first time. 10/10! Highly recommend! ... The remote starter was no longer working in our Honda Accord. The service department at the Honda dealership wouldn't touch it because it was an after-market remote starter. Rix removed the old kit and installed a new one with no issues ... Excellent communication throughout the entire process ... They will be our go-to moving forward!

Fair price and honest. Not only did Rick take his time to explain everything to me, but he also walked me through my options. He could have easily just told me “I’ll fix it” and taken my money, instead he just was honest and informed what my options looked like with an older and extensively used car. 10/10 would recommend!

Great communication and follow up on all the steps to ensure making the best decisions on the most important items to repair and what could wait. Have a 2006 Subaru Forester working to keep it going a few more years within a budget since I love this car and Rix made that possible so grateful for the great care and attention they provided.
