We love it here. Honest people doing what’s best for the car, and not for their bottom line. Finding a trustworthy repair facility used to be hard, but look no further. We’ve been through some CRAZY experiences, and were treated right every time. We will keep coming back. Thanks, all!

A friend recommended us to RIX so we thought we would give them a try. A maintenance light had come on in our Acura and we used their very convenient online scheduling system to get an appointment the next day. Adam called to report they had done a thorough inspection but nothing was actually needed - he said the folks that did the last oil change likely just forgot to reset the light. Even though their inspection was very detailed with photos and a complete report, they charged us NOTHING to do it. Pickup after hours was just as easy as scheduling. We love the convenience but the honesty is why we will be back!

Contacted Rix after a google search looking for a Westcott dealer in my area. Stopped by and saw Adam and Rick and after seeing their shop I knew they were the kind of place and people I would want working on my new vehicle. I have had nothing but great experiences at Rix. Very upfront with what is wrong and reasonable on prices. There is always communication on status of car and I have always received a text after I have picked up my car to check in to see if everything is going ok. I would highly recommend to anyone.
