Where do I begin? Oh, by not taking my 4Runner to a dealer or quick lube, EVER AGAIN. Adam and his crew of knowledgeable and experienced technicians are a rare gem in the auto world. I brought my vehicle to them for a mysterious noise first thing Monday, and had my runner back Tuesday evening. They located the issue and addressed it. Not only that, but we talked about what it was. They even took the time and explained and showed me what it was. Very different from other places that like to keep you in the dark and treat you like you know nothing. Also did some routine maintenance as well while it was there. I need more stars to give them. 5 is not enough. They are my Toyota shop now. Conveniently located in Mason too. Thanks guys.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I brought my 2013 Toyota Tacoma to Rix Automotive in Mason, OH for a new clutch and a complete front-end rebuild, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The team did an outstanding job — the truck drives and handles better than it has in years. The work was done right, and you can tell these guys really know what they're doing. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was top-notch from start to finish. If you're looking for a shop you can trust with major mechanical work, look no further than Rix Automotive. Had a problem with a louder than usual sound while driving my car. They identified the problem quickly and fixed it! My Subaru Forester runs perfectly now! Great service with knowledgeable people!

Rick and Adam are always super friendly, knowledgeable, and explain everything in detail. If you bring your vehicle in for a concern and it doesn’t need a fix, they are honest about it. Super cool guys, clean shop, clean office waiting room.

I have not had work done, but I did drop car off. The shop is super clean and Adam was super professional as was Rick when we spoke on the phone! More to come after the work is done!

Adam and the team at Rix Automotive took great care of me. I brought my car in because it was overheating and they took the time to figure out what was going on. At first, I got a new water pump installed, but that didn’t fully fix it because the head gasket was also warped as well. Definitely not the news you want since it’s not a cheap repair. They explained everything clearly and the price they gave me felt fair, so I went ahead with it. They got my car back to me pretty quick and answered all my questions (even when I kept asking). Overall just a solid experience. I’ll definitely be going back to Rix Automotive if I need work done again.
