The team here was very professional and courteous. I came in for an inspection for loud pops under full steering lock in both directions, and to see if they could diagnose an intermittent rough start issue. While they weren't able to recreate the rough start, I was informed the popping was a loose power steering rack, and I got my car back the same week. The best part? Not a dime spent! My usual shop I went to before charged a $60 diagnostic fee just to say they couldn't find anything and wrote it off as "it's an old car", even though I knew something was off, and it took 2 full weeks to even get in. Getting serviced quickly was a huge breath of fresh air, and I'll be sure to come back to RIX once I can afford the rest of my much needed maintenance. Big shout-out to Adam as well for keeping me updated!

Fast service. Clean office. The only thing is, I wish they had more time slots where I could wait in office for the service to complete.

The reviews are true—RIX is hands down one of the best shops I’ve dealt with. You get dealership-level technical knowledge and experience, but with the honesty, personal service, and fair treatment you’d expect from the trusted mom-and-pop mechanic your dad always told you to take your car to. They are trustworthy, competent, thorough, and fair. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need, and I felt confident that my car was in capable hands. That combination is hard to find. I would absolutely recommend RIX to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

Adam at Rix is great! I had gone to two different mechanics who were unable to properly diagnose an issue before coming to Rix and they were able to find it within 10 minutes. He answered all my questions and showed me pictures of the issues. I really appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. This was probably the first time I felt like a car shop was not trying to take advantage of me or upsell me. Will definitely be back and would recommend!

Excellent service. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. I never let a dealership or shop fix my car without a call to my father to make sure I’m not being “played.” Finally a reliable, well priced, and confident shop I can take my car to and I know only master technicians are touching it and performing the service and repairs. Highly recommend.
