Contacted Rix after a google search looking for a Westcott dealer in my area. Stopped by and saw Adam and Rick and after seeing their shop I knew they were the kind of place and people I would want working on my new vehicle. I have had nothing but great experiences at Rix. Very upfront with what is wrong and reasonable on prices. There is always communication on status of car and I have always received a text after I have picked up my car to check in to see if everything is going ok. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Rick and Adam are great. I have took them Toyotas. Hondas. And now my f150, if they can do it I won’t be going anywhere else! Extremely hard to find a place that cares about your stuff, this is one of the very few I’ve ever found. Thanks for always taking care of me!

This was my first experience with Rix, and it will not be my last. The issue with my Tundra was diagnosed quickly and repaired within hours.
