A friend recommended us to RIX so we thought we would give them a try. A maintenance light had come on in our Acura and we used their very convenient online scheduling system to get an appointment the next day. Adam called to report they had done a thorough inspection but nothing was actually needed - he said the folks that did the last oil change likely just forgot to reset the light. Even though their inspection was very detailed with photos and a complete report, they charged us NOTHING to do it. Pickup after hours was just as easy as scheduling. We love the convenience but the honesty is why we will be back!

Contacted Rix after a google search looking for a Westcott dealer in my area. Stopped by and saw Adam and Rick and after seeing their shop I knew they were the kind of place and people I would want working on my new vehicle.
