I had smashed the passenger side mirror (with the camera) on my Honda Odyssey and Rick and Jake were able to replace it in a very timely manner. Rick, Jake, and Adam are all very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am grateful.

Great shop they definitely know their stuff. Very clean and very honest and love how they take detailed pictures of everything. Talked to everyone in there who worked on my tundra quotes are pretty fair and they are great guys. Appreciate the work gentleman will be back for sure. Best shop I’ve been to and very close to my house. Work done so far was timing belt and water pump job and valve cover gaskets for my tundra. Thanks Rick

This was the 1st time I was taking my Lexus to RIX, as my warranty & service agreement with Lexus was now expired. RIX Shop is certified to work on Lexus vehicles. I was able to schedule a convenient appt with Rick when I called in. On arrival I was greeted and quickly registered for the maintenance services requested on my car. I then enjoyed a cup of coffee and read my book while waiting, and within an hour I was on my way. The next day I received a follow-up text from RIX asking if there were any concerns or anything else they could do for me. I’ll be back in soon for my annual service on my Honda S2000 before I make my trip down to the Tail of the Dragon run in June with my son. Tks Rick, I trust you and your Team!
