Mason Auto Repair

I started using Rix Automotive a few years ago because I read a great review in a Mason neighborhood magazine. What a great decision! My husband and I now take both cars, a Toyota and an Infinity for all services. Rick is excellent, fair, communicates well, and his entire team is prompt. You can easily schedule an appointment online, drop your key and pick up at your convenience with the outdoor lockbox. The lobby is a comfortable place to work with a fast wireless connection and close to both I-71 and Liberty Way.

Wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else!

I was referred to RIX by someone who knew I was looking for a fair priced & high quality mechanic I could trust. That’s exactly what I found. I knew my brakes were going bad so I took my car in & Rick checked my car out & said the brakes weren’t safe to drive on & gave me an estimate & fit me in immediately. My car was left clean inside also & they made a follow up call to check on my satisfaction. I highly recommend RIX to take care of your automotive needs also.

I went to RIX for a passenger window repair. At the same time, I mentioned about some oil leaks that I had observed. Next day Rick called ma and said that motor had to be replaced on the passenger side window. I gave the go ahead. But when I looked at the detailed inspection report that he had sent me, I felt that the repair cost would not be worth it and called Rick to stop the order on that part. Even though he had aired ordered, he said he will take of it and did not charge a penny for all the things he did. He is trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him for automotive repairs. He is great to work with!
