I have had nothing but great experiences at Rix. Very upfront with what is wrong and reasonable on prices. There is always communication on status of car and I have always received a text after I have picked up my car to check in to see if everything is going ok. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first experience with Rix, and it will not be my last. The issue with my Tundra was diagnosed quickly and repaired within hours. I've taken several cars to Rix and the level of service is outstanding. They are truly customer focused and want to do the right thing. Recently I had a quote from another shop for $1,200 and I took it here for a second opinion. Nothing needed. $0. They are so trustworthy.
