Besides the other great service for the last few years, I just had another experience that deserves a 5 star review. I’ve been dealing with the 4Runner needle bearing groan since 35k miles. I’ve had 2 full front differential replacements at the dealer under warranty - it just kept coming back. Did some research now that I’m at 105k miles and with the help of Rick / Adam / and tbe team, the ECGS bushing was successfully installed in place of the driver side bearing and all the issues are gone. The 4Runner feels like new again. Wish I would have done this 70k miles ago!! Thanks so much to the team! They have been and will continue to be the only shop that handles all my 4Runner maintenance.

"You get what you paid for" Rix doesn't cut corners, they fix issues correctly. I trust them more than any dealer at both diagnosis and proper repair. Scheduling is easy and you can drop-off and pick up at your convenience.

Used RIX for the first time for an oil change, and now I’ve found my shop. I’ll be taking my car there for everything oil change, annd everything else that comes up. The RIC staff were polite, honest, kind and did a great job. Answered all my questions knowledgeably. I worked from their waiting room, complete with wi-fi and water/coffee. Price was very reasonable and they used a great full-synthetic oil. A five-star experience. It can be hard to find a shop that treats female customers well, but I was pleasantly surprised. Will be referring all my friends.

A friend recommended us to RIX so we thought we would give them a try. A maintenance light had come on in our Acura and we used their very convenient online scheduling system to get an appointment the next day. Adam called to report they had done a thorough inspection but nothing was actually needed - he said the folks that did the last oil change likely just forgot to reset the light. Even though their inspection was very detailed with photos and a complete report, they charged us NOTHING to do it. Pickup after hours was just as easy as scheduling. We love the convenience but the honesty is why we will be back!
