My first time bringing my truck to Rix. Great people; they REALLY know what they’re doing. Great customer service; Adam was great. I had to drop off and pick up after hours; very easy to do. Most mechanic shops have a key drop off box. Rix has a secured key pick-up! Never seen a shop have that. I choose to schedule my appointment on-line, was super-easy. They sent the invoice to my email and it had a link if I wanted to pay online. Modern shop; old school trust. 5 stars

The AC on my 2013 Toyota Highlander went out . I took it to RIX for repair. Their Master Technicians JK and JV ran tests and determined it was loosing refrigerant at the rear condenser unit. They replaced the entire lines (2) from the front to the rear. Refilled it and now it’s working like new. It was a great experience all around. Adam in the office communicated with me well through out the entire process. I would highly recommend RIX for your automotive repair needs.

Rix did an excellent and thorough pre-purchase inspection. Service manager took time to walk me through the report (pros and cons) and I left feeling confident about next steps with the seller. I wish I lived in the area and could use this garage for routine maintenance!

The guys at this shop are very professional, knowledgeable, work around your schedule, and get things done in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are also fair which is nice, I feel like they’re cheaper than Honda. They also provide a detailed overview of your vehicle to let you know if you may have upcoming maintenance. I trust them with my high mileage Civic!
