Excellent service for my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Oil change, brake fluid change, tailgate latch repair and key FOB reprogramming. Also, general review of systems. Very pleased with the work performed. Will be using them again for ongoing service for both my Ridgeline as well as my 2021 Honda CRV.

Booked an appointment online the night before. Dropped off my car before business hours at around 7:00 AM. They send status updates on your vehicle via text and e-mail. They also explain the inspection results and answer questions via text quickly. Price is reasonable. I had to have my car battery replaced eventually and the whole experience was pleasant and a breeze! Got my car before noontime. Great work! Special kudos to Adam for helping.

My van had multiple issues for a long time. Multiple shops looked at it and never fixed the main issue. I brought it to Rix and they were able find and repair it. I know it was not a simple diagnosis,but they put in the extra effort. My van is working great thanks to Rix.

I had a great experience at Rix. They did a fantastic job replacing the rear main seal on my car and were very professional throughout the process. They provided regular updates and went the extra mile to make sure it was fixed correctly. 10/10 would recommend
