There are alot of great things to say about this family business, from the excellent customer service to how clean the shop is in and out, I tell customers the floor is so clean you can eat off it. The owner Rick takes great pride in making sure customers are taken care of and Adam always goes above and beyond helping customers and ensuring they have a great experience. Highly recommend this business!!

Rick and his team at Rix Automotive are great to work witih! One of the best experiences in an auto repair shop ever. Adam was very helpful over the phone explaining what the inspection found and provided expert knowledge on how to continue maintaining my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent customer service, very fair prices, Adam is super helpful. They always do great work and the biggest compliment I can give a repair shop is that I fully trust their assessments. They never recommend anything unless it is truly necessary and I appreciate that. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I bought my Acura RDX used and had not reached any major service intervals as I do no drive often. When I hit the 100k mileage mark, I research all the independent shops with Acura experience and RIX stood out "like a sore thumb" in a good way. I am a bit of a tech-nerd and had done a lot of research about every procedure, part and service recommended for the next 100k miles. Adam was great, putting up with all my research, and recommending the best way forward. The srevice was perfect and their facility is immaculate, staffed by highly experienced and well trained service technicians. Services completed - Timing belt & tensioner, water pump, oil pump seals, crank seal, serpentine belt, plugs, valve adjustment & cover gasket, transmission fluid, coolant. The 12-month/12,000 mile warranty is an added plus. I highly recommend you visit Rick and the folks for your auto service needs.
