I went to RIX for a passenger window repair. At the same time, I mentioned about some oil leaks that I had observed. Next day Rick called ma and said that motor had to be replaced on the passenger side window. I gave the go ahead. But when I looked at the detailed inspection report that he had sent me, I felt that the repair cost would not be worth it and called Rick to stop the order on that part. Even though he had aired ordered, he said he will take of it and did not charge a penny for all the things he did. He is trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him for automotive repairs. He is great to work with!

I've been using Rix Auto for about a year now. I can't say enough good things about this place. Prices are very reasonable. Last summer I took my car in for an apparent oil leak. When I went to pick it up, they told me it was just of this oil plug and they didn't charge anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for and auto repair place.

I had a consistent oil drip on my car. Scheduled an appt for a few days out (first they had available) online using a really easy online system. Rick called me the next day and said if I was able to leave the car, they could at least look at it if I was concerned about driving with the leak (I was). Dropped it off that night. Next day not only did they look at it, diagnose it, and fix it. (Issue was a pinhole leak in a generic oil filter) But they charged me less than $10 to fix it (including the parts). I mean this is just unheard of. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

Every warning light on my dash was lit. They identified the problem and replaced the broken part with an OEM replacement. Courteous, knowledgable, trustworthy, and professional. Would highly recommend.
