Absolutely exceptional service. From the day I called to get brake pads replaced to when I drove my car home was 24 hours! Rick was extremely responsive, sent a detailed assessment of the damage, ordered parts and performed the service quickly and with utmost quality and professionalism. Cannot recommend them more!

I started using Rix Automotive a few years ago because I read a great review in a Mason neighborhood magazine. What a great decision! My husband and I now take both cars, a Toyota and an Infinity for all services. Rick is excellent, fair, communicates well, and his entire team is prompt. You can easily schedule an appointment online, drop your key and pick up at your convenience with the outdoor lockbox. The lobby is a comfortable place to work with a fast wireless connection and close to both I-71 and Liberty Way.

I was referred to RIX by someone who knew I was looking for a fair priced & high quality mechanic I could trust. That’s exactly what I found. I knew my brakes were going bad so I took my car in & Rick checked my car out & said the brakes weren’t safe to drive on & gave me an estimate & fit me in immediately.
