I must say I've had many experiences with auto repair facilities in the tri-state area over the years. Rix was recommended by a very trustworthy acquaintance and I must say I was blown away by the experience I had with Rix. We dropped off my wife's Honda for the 100,000 mile service, from our first contact with Rix we received professional communication and straightforward information about what was necessary for our car. Once the car was dropped off the job was completed in a timely, professional manner with care and respect. Being fairly knowledgeable about Honda vehicle's my expectations have been called nit picky , but Rix left me speechless with nothing to say but thank you. I look forward to building a relationship with Rix Automotive.

Expert repair, incredible service and really fair price. I’d highly recommend Rix! Fixed a water pump and timing belt in my Sienna, and got the job done really quickly, and with excellence.

Rix is the best one stop automotive shop around. They were able to diagnose the issues on my son's Malibu and present various options to me so I could decide the most effective route.
