Rix was very responsive and perform work on time and on budget, very pleased with work.

As a new resident to the area, I had to rely on an internet search to find a good auto shop. I saw the good reviews for Rix Auto, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be a good decision. I went in for an oil change, and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was in range of what I expected (even with getting synthetic oil, which costs more than crude), and there was even a 10% discount on labor charge (with coupon). They did an overall inspection of the car, and while there were some things noted, they did not try to push me to have it all taken care of right then and there. They give you a link to the inspection results, with photos and description, thus giving you a chance to see the issues for yourself. They even followed up a few days later to see how things were going since the oil change. Job well done.

So I moved to the area from just outside Chicago about 6 months ago. Had a great local place I knew and trusted and was concerned about finding something similar here. I’ve got 5 vehicles (4 Hondas and a Kia) all with well over 150k miles. I checked out some local reviews and Rix kept popping up. Gave the m a try and my search is over. Super professional shop. Quality work and very knowledgeable staff. I love the text updates and personal touch Rick gives all his customers. I know when parts are ordered and when they arrive. Selfishly I don’t want to leave this review and keep this place all to myself. Rix rocks and is worthy of your business.

RIX is top notch. We have had Hondas for several years and started taking them to RIX after our old garage misdiagnosed a problem for months. Rick was able to identify the problem immediately and provided us with a timely repair! His service is excellent, unlike any other place out there. And his billing is fair, transparent, and payment is online as extremely easy. I would recommend him to anyone who will listen!

Very impressed with Rick and the service he and his team performed on my wife’s Honda Pilot. It was due for its 105K mile service and Rick was very thorough with explaining all that would entail, was super accommodating with the scheduling and the actual service. And beat the local manufacturers service department pricing, as well!! All in all, I highly recommend Rix Automotive.
